• Use of main floor in modern Farmhouse for bride, groom and wedding party

• 2 restrooms inside Farmhouse

• Use of wrap around porch, rocking chairs and swing- all overlooking pond

• fire pits - weather permitting

• Beautiful bridal suite for bride and bridesmaids with vintage couch,  crystal chandelier,  beautiful antique make-up vanity and makeup counters

• 16 acres of stunning photo ops- including lush greenery of laurels and rhododendrons and a beautiful pond swimming with ducks and geese.

• Estate may be used for “save the date”, engagement photos and bridal portraits- by appointment

• No alcohol except champagne for toasting

• Rain plan is set up on the Farmhouse porch

 

Bride and Groom are responsible for Photographer, Minister, Music, Wedding Director, Flowers, and Champagne.

        

If you wish to include a catered appetizer or meal, there will be an additional charge of $500 

for table and chair set up and take down and trash removal.
