- Full use of the estate for 3 hours – covering the ceremony, cake cutting, and photo opportunities
- Inclusive features like cake cutting set, vintage champagne glasses, and a wedding cake
- Access to various charming areas on the property, including the beautiful bridal suite, rock patio/dance floor, and the main floor in the modern farmhouse for bride, groom, & wedding party
- Use of 16 acres of picturesque photo locations with options for engagement and bridal portraits by appointment
- No alcohol except for the champagne toast
- You are responsible for the photographer, minister, music, flowers, and champagne
- This package excludes any appetizers or meals

- A minimum of 5 on-site staff members, including a wedding coordinator, event designer, and property manager
- Options for a golf cart shuttle service for guests and you to the ceremony
- Furnishings and equipment, including tables, chairs, tent with lighting, prep kitchen for caterers, choice of linens, and more
- Services provided, such as a full-service wedding planner, “day of” coordinator, wedding/reception decorator, photographer, officiant, DJ, buffet meal, and a professionally designed wedding cake

We have a beautiful bridal suite for you and your bridesmaids. There is an antique vanity, a beautiful Victorian couch, and a crystal chandelier. Plus, a make-up counter, lights, and seating for everyone.
Your groom and his groomsmen can lounge in the living room on the main floor of the farmhouse while they wait for the ceremony to begin.
